“Perfect base camp for South Tirol exploration”
Location is really convenient. Owner is super nice. There are loads of opportunities to explore around. Vineyards, apple fields, mountain, lakes, good cycling routes. If you are city lover, then you can go to Bolzano, 15 to 30min drive, depending on time and traffic.

Franz and his Mom is really very worm for everthing, the apartments are beautiful and clear. It is around 5 minutes by walk to the bus station, but it will be much more helpful to rent a car to other areas. We really really love the apple juice and wine made by Franz' family, they are amazing. We will be back again in the summer.

“Lovely solution, well connected to everything”
Beautiful structure and apartments, in the middle of the vineyards. very close to the cute center of the town and all the main streets towards südtirol valleys. Lovely owners welcoming us

“Very good staying”
Apartment was beautiful and with all the needs. Owner, Barbara, was very kind and offered a bottle of wine and apple juice. The time spent there was very good and well positioned in the area, close to public transportation

“Perfect holiday with family. Totally worth the money.”
Perfect countryside apartment (well equipped) nestled in the vineyards. The hosts (couple) were very friendly and were always available. They upgraded us to a bigger apartment at no extra cost. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. The host offered homemade complimentary pastries on sunday. Our kids had a lovely time in the garden with play area. Shall definitely visit someday.

Everything. The houst Ms. Johanna made our journey more enjoyable. She is very kind and welcoming. The farm vibe was amazing.The location is only 15 minutes or less to Bolzano. overall, the hospitality of the owner touched our hearts 💕
