“Our stay was just perfect”
The location is convenient, perfectly positioned next to supermarket and charming village of Apollonia, while also close to the best beaches and sights. The host was also very nice and helpful, we got some great recommendations for restaurants and other stuff, the fridge was filled with fresh fruits, wine, water, jam and nuts.

“Excellent location, excellent host, excellent stay!”
We had a lovely stay! The host was really kind and generous, with thoughtful welcome snacks on arrival. She was very generous with our young child ensuring there was a high chair, baby bath and even some extra nappies that she happened to have which was really appreciated. She’s very responsive as well so it was a very simple, stress free experience from start to finish. It’s hard to find accommodation near Apollonia with a pool, so this was a great bonus — the pool area is lovely. The location is convenient too, close to a bus stop and supermarket, and there’s parking available. The space itself is comfortable and has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again!

“Memorable Birthday Holiday Stay”
What a lovely place to stay. Margarita and Elina were excellent to deal with and looked after us so well. We were picked up at the Ferry and taken to the Apartment and shown around. During our stay they regularly checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The place is a 10 minute walk into central Apollania which was a lovely walk through charming alleyways with lots of shops to interest you. Pool was great for relaxing and cooling off. Highly recommended.

I would recommend Villa Arades , Margarita is a super host , attention to detail in the Villa is excellent. Very comfortable beds with lots of wardrobe space , kitchen and lounge area excellent, nice plunge pool.

The house was incredibly well set up and very comfortable with everything that you could need. The cupboards and fridge were stocked with lots of basics and many extras. The pool was refreshing with great views. The owner Margarita was very welcoming and super generous with her time and sharing her knowledge, time and recommendations. Our interactions were a real pleasure Would go back anytime.

“Perfect”
Our hostess Margarita was the most amazing, generous person. The Villa is beautifully appointed, well located, near the top of ‘the steno’ and equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The pool is a bonus and the wraparound gardens a joy. Margarita responded to our every need and showed Greek hospitality at its finest. We have no hesitation in recommending this superb property.
