Our host Anthi was absolutely amazing - a very generous, salt-of-the-earth woman. She truely went over and above in accommodating our wishes. The place was perfect for a week's walking holiday. Very central, without being on the main road. Well equiped kitchen. Very clean.

I booked the upper room with own private rooftop terrace. It was such a lovely space. Double storey with full kitchen and plenty of storage. The walk is short but uphill so just to note when carrying larger bags. Anthi was highly communicative and welcoming. Family runned accom business so everyone was lovely.

“Recommended for a quiet stay in a traditional house in Sifnos”

Excellent stay near the heart of Apollonia (5-10mins walk) and in a very quiet place with good balcony view. The rooms feel rustic, more like a Greek mountainside cozy interior and that's a good thing but don't expect the white-blue style of the more touristic buildings. The room was well equipped, even had Nespresso machine and mosquito repellents (necessary for Greek summers). Good wifi as well, had no issues at all.

This was my third time (yes!, third time) that I stayed at this place. It holds sentimental value for me since I first stayed there in 2019. I always get the double room with the balcony so that I can enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of Apollonia, especially in the evenings. Cleaned daily by a very friendly lady, with a comfortable bed and pillows, fast wi-fi and an A/C to keep me cool during the hot mid-day rests from my morning swimming expeditions, this is always the best value for me in Sifnos.. Do not panic about its location, it is only a 5-minute walk from the drop off point and once you get acquainted with its location, enjoy the hospitality of the owner Anthi and of her mother Afroditi.. And, speaking from experience, just like me, you WILL come back again and again and again..

The room was super clean with comfortable bed. It has all the amenities you might need during your stay with a very well equipped kitchen. View from balcony is very nice. Bathroom is brand new and spacious. It really exceeded our expectations.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the photos don't do it justice! The host was exceptionally accommodating and went out of her way to help us during the booking process. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hosts' lovely grandfather, the house was spotless, authentic, cosy, well equipped and had the most incredible roof terrace with an amazing view (where we spent most of our evenings). We would 100% stay here again, the location was also perfect, close enough to everything but secluded enough to feel like you're experiencing an authentic part of the island. Highly recommend!

It was a perfect little spot! Really authentic sifnos experience. Only 10 minute walk to the old town which was our favourite, winding through little blue and white cobblestone streets. Apolinio is the best spot to stay in sifnos, close to everything

I would absolutely 💯 recommend staying at pension Afroditi. It is in a perfect location, minutes from everything you need but also very peaceful. We stayed in the double room and could watch the sunrise from bed, amazing. The room was spotlessly clean and I really loved it because it had a very modern bathroom but the room itself had a lovely homely feel. There was lots of lovely touches like toiletries which were very useful. Communication and directions were excellent.

this place was so so lovely! the tenant and her mother was so kind and helpful! I got biscuit and herbal tea from the grandma and an amazing experience at the mother mini zoo!!! I feed a baby goat!!! really a great experience! I rent a room and I end up in a little flat! everything was clean and available! I had to work one day and the internet was really good ! the daughter was the one I was in touch on booking and was really helpful and answering all my question! suggesting me boat trip that I did! if they can the mother kindly come to pick you up at the ferry or the bus stop! I will definitely come back

Great quiet location 5 minutes walk up the hill on a paved path from the centre of Appollonia. The views from the terrace were stunning and a good location for breakfast and evening meals. Appollonia is the "Bus Central" for the island so it is easy to get anywhere by combination of bus and the well signposted hiking paths.

A super-clean room with magnificent balcony views located just a couple of minutes from the centre of Apollonia, Pension Afroditi is the perfect place to stay in Sifnos. With a well equipped kitchenette and a fast wi-fi connection, this quiet, relaxed location made my stay in this beautiful Greek island so much more enjoyable. The hostess, Anthi, was friendly, always willing to help and always ready to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I am definitely coming back for a longer stay, so many incredible places in Sifnos left unexplored and waiting for my next visit.
