Beautiful property with the most amazing sunrise views. Eleni was an incredible host, super helpful and made us feel so welcome. Delicious breakfast each morning with homemade Greek pie, eggs and fresh juices. Approx 10min walk into Apollonia centre. Absolutely recommend!

The rooms were spotless, modern and well-appointed. The view was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh, homemade touches. The host (Eleni) was warm, welcoming and attentive. The location is peaceful yet still within walking distance of Apollonia’s restaurants and shops.

A nice spot with pretty views. Comfortable beds and air con. A real bonus was the fabulous breakfast, with home made juice, home made granola and yoghurt and home made spanikopita.

The view and the location were amazing. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the home made breakfast which was excellent. The owner was extremely helpful with great suggestions as to where to go. We will definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was amazing. Eleni, the owner, is an incredible woman, super kind, sweet and attentive. She prepares breakfast every morning. Always a different but always delicious. Her pies are superb! The view from the breakfast patio is enchanting. Don't miss to try their herbal teas, they're so good!

“A hidden gem in Sifnos - absolutely gorgeous host and fantastic accommodation!!!!”

A wonderful boutique property in Sifnos run by passionate and gorgeous host Eleni. Nothing is too hard for her and her guests are made to feel like family. We stayed in June 2025 and from the arrival and greeting, to her assistance with luggage and cheery attitude, it makes this property stand out from many others. It all starts with the booking, many months ago and Eleni's immediate communication and contact. She also assisted with organizing our car hire from the port and having a taxi arranged to greet us at the Port - already 5 star service. Quiet location and not too far from town, serene views from the apartments, immaculately maintained rooms, freshly prepared breakfast each morning (every day was different and specially prepared by Eleni using all local produce and ingredients) made our stay (and no doubt every other guest) just divine. Standout (amongst many!) was Eleni's home made granola enjoyed with local honey and yoghurt - delicious - accompanied by home made pita pies & slices - home cooked goodies all served with love and passion. We travelled with two teenagers who were well accommodated on rollaway beds and honestly was no trouble at all. When you consider the other accommodation options available on the island, Sifnos Residences stands out and we have it on our list to visit again. Thank you Eleni for making our holiday stay so much more special - from assisting with car hire, various taxi bookings, recommendations for restaurants and for having us at her property - leaving after 5 days was like saying goodbye to a relative. A special property on a wonderful island.

We had the most incredible view of Sifnos. The rooms are modern and new and the hosts have thought of everything. Eleni is the happiest, warmest and most welcoming hostess and her home made breakfasts are absolutely delicious. Her knowledge of the island is most helpful too.

Where can I start? The apartment we rented was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, spotless, and had an amazing view. Eleni is a fantastic host, doing everything she can to make you feel at home and guiding you to the best spots on the island. Breakfast was a highlight, different every day and homemade by Eleni. We’ll definitely come back. Can’t recommend it enough.

We loved everything!!! The view, the spacious rooms, the cleanliness, the balcony, the breakfast but at most... OUR HOST ELENİ!!!! Everything was perfect, it was our first time in Sifnos but we will for sure come back here!

I had a great time at Nima Sifnos Residences! Eleni, the host, was super kind and hospitable. The stay exceeded my expectations. My apartment had a beautiful sea view where I could watch the sunrise, the location was perfect (just a 10 min walk to Apollonia), the breakfast was delicious, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Eleni also went above and beyond to give me recommendations for restaurants and beaches! I highly recommend staying here.

NiMa has stunning views from the property, clean, spacious rooms, and is well equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Each day we enjoyed a generous, delicious homemade breakfast by Eleni, who is a warm, friendly and extremely helpful host. She was always willing to offer recommendations, arrange a massage to the room and port transfers. Located a short walk down the hill to Apollonia, the rooms are peaceful and quiet yet it’s easy to reach restaurants and shops or alternatively you can rent a scooter or car to easily reach more parts of the island. You won’t be disappointed staying here - we can’t wait to be back!
