“Amazing host, amazing property, 10/10”

Host communicated with us very clearly. She was waiting for us when our ferry arrived, even though the ferry was changed and delayed many times. She left us cookies, drinks, and fruit! She was so accommodating and kind. The place is very clean, functional, and in an amazing location. We really recommend.

Lovely little room in a great location - right next to the bus stop and easy walk into town. Great views, very clean and good facilities. The hosts were great with communication and super friendly. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

I loved everything about this place. The hosts were extremely helpful and hospitable, location was excellent with a stunning view of the town and hills from above, 10 minute walk to the centre of Appollonia village and main bus tops. The room was spotless and it's part of a historic building which had many of its original features intact. I'd highly recommend Melissou Place.

Hosts Panos and Antonia were very warm and welcoming and went over and above to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at their apartment and in Sifnos- thank you! :) The apartment is full of character, beautifully decorated, very clean, homely and comfortable and with great views of the Aegean Sea and neighbouring islands. I stayed for five nights and it started to feel like home- it was a hard place to leave! The location is tucked away from the busy tourist centre but also easy walking distance to Apollonia's shops and restaurants. Having several supermarkets very close by was super convenient. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend the apartment for a memorable stay on beautiful Sifnos Island.

Antonia’s place is a on the top of Apollonia, the capital city of the island, overseeing the sea and making it perfect to enjoy some nice breeze when the weather is hot. The flat keeps the temperature down and you have the little patio/terrace to enjoy your meal facing the sea. The center of Apollonia is not even 10mn walk with plenty of shops bars and restaurants. You can rent bikes just down the street so to discover the rest of the island! Also, 5mn walk to access supermarkets!

“Amazing stay in Sifnos”

Very clean, comfortable accommodation, simple and compact but with everything you need and some lovely personal touches like a traditional Easter dessert! Location is convenient close to Apollonia, with wonderful views from the terrace. Antonia and Panos are excellent attentive hosts and very welcoming :)

Antonia and Panagiotis were the best hosts we have ever had. Helpful, kind, brilliant. Every day we would return from the beach to find our (cozy and great) room cleaned and a new treat left inside our fridge. The location is perfect, the view amazing. It’s tranquil and, really, you can’t not fall in love with Melissou place.

A quiet location away from the street . Walking distance to restaurants and bus stop to beaches and a few supermarkets . The room was lovely and the outdoor sitting area , a quiet space to read , eat breakfast and have a coffee or glass of wine . The room was immaculate.The host helpful , friendly and a great source of information.

“Lovely place to stay on Sifnos”

The apartment is in the middle of a small village which is lovely and quiet and the view from the roof top is incredible. Our hosts were really lovely, easy to communicate with and the place was spotlessly clean. The fruit and biscuits left for us were very much appreciated :) If using google maps don't try to drive directly to the apartment, (like we did) park in the public carpark and walk the rest of the way.

Exceptionally accommodating and friendly hoast. Can definitely recommend this place.

Antonia is the best host ever. She keeps the rooms sparklingly clean and takes care of the hosts like family. She is very kind and polite and generous. The property is very clean. It is central with a short walk from the center. I felt very good and peaceful staying here. Thank you dear Antonia.

The room was in Katavati which is at the top of the Main Street in Appollonia. There are lots of steps in Sifnos. This did not bother me but could see it being a problem for others. The room was clean and had everything I wanted . The view was fantastic from the roof and garden. Pagiontis talked vine maintenance with me I now know what I was doing wrong pruning my vine at home. A lovely quiet place 5 minutes away from Appollonia heart and 10 minutes back. Thank you Antonia and Pagiontis for a wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect. Antonia is a wonderful host with great attentions to her guests. The place is ideal for exploring the island and close to several hiking paths. We had a great time discovering Sifnos

“Beautiful and comfortable stay.”

Beautiful property. Staying in the middle of all the beautiful traditional houses. You would need to climb up some steps to get to the room so do note if you have big luggage. It was so beautiful to sit on the terrace for breakfast. The owner was responsive and nice.
