Walking distance for coffee, playground and beach. The kids loved the garden and fruit trees. And secure enough to bring our dog. Bedroom’s bathrooms all spacious with great facilities. Kitchen set up well with most things you need. Deck area spacious to and very safe with toddlers. Loved the views. Really enjoyed out stay here !!

Theodor's place is the perfect spot for a getaway with friends or family in Apollo Bay. A 10min walk from the beach, the house had everything our group of 6 needed for a wonderful weekend away. The place was very clean, well equipped with kitchen utensils, BBQ and more. Theodor was also very accommodating and made sure we had all the required info for our stay. 100% recommend.

Theo was a wonderful host, the location was amazing beautiful Country views and could see some water also. The house was clean and had everything you needed. Beautiful backyard with fruit trees. Could walk into town and beach from location. Would 100% Stay again.

We loved how well equipped the kitchen was dish washer tablets and plenty cooking appliances . Loved the bedroom facilities downstairs and great soundproofing if people wished to stay up later. Loved the decking views over the countryside .
