Good For Families. Good location

STEVE IS A SCAMMER!!!! Do not stay here. My name is Kelly, and my family stayed in Villa One last night. I am writing to formally raise a number of concerns regarding the condition and safety of the villa. Upon arrival, we discovered that no toilet paper had been provided. We have since purchased our own supplies. As we arrived and then went out for an early dinner, we did not have the opportunity to properly inspect the villa until later that evening. Once we did, we identified several issues that are unacceptable, particularly from a safety perspective. Most concerning is that there does not appear to be a smoke alarm installed in the upstairs bedroom where our toddler was intended to sleep. Due to this concern, he slept downstairs next to the laundry area instead. While I understand that maintenance issues can occasionally arise, the absence of a smoke alarm represents a serious safety risk. We also found a black pair of ladies' underwear left behind in the laundry room, which raises concerns about whether the property was properly cleaned and inspected prior to our arrival. In addition, the fireplace is not operational. It does not appear to have been recently decommissioned; rather, it appears to have been out of service for a considerable period. The spa bath has visible mould around all of the bubble vents. The blinds also appear to be unsafe and do not comply with current child-safety regulations relating to blind cords. Given the long-standing requirements designed to prevent child strangulation hazards, this is another significant safety concern.

Unit 9 - Centrally located but not beachfront nor with a sea view. Staff were responsive to requests. The property was clean but very run down. It was warm. There were many free things to borrow, books, dvds, Kaya’s, golf clubs, fishing table which was very thoughtful. Additional coffee, tea, dishwashing tabs, tp, soap etc available from office. Free laundry 24 hours.

The apartment was so comfortable, hosts were lovely, everything we needed was supplied, and it was close enough to the town centre to walk. We will go back there.
