“Great stay for family wanna explore Great Ocean Road”

Great location, cozy & super nice host!

“Decent stay for the money.”

Bathroom has no heating and you cannot close the window fully. This made the room quite cold.

The location was secluded yet still accessible to town. The water was literally right across the road - perfect! We were also pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to an air bnb that they also managed across the road due to a minor inconvenience with a neighbour which was so lovely. The customer service/staff were kind and helpful. Would stay again.

Rooms had everything needed for our stay. Cutlery and utensils were clean. The toilets and shower area were clean.

Accommodation was very old and tiny for 4 adults. We found a small lizard in the room and there were lots of insects in the pool and spa pool so we couldn't use it. Considering we paid over $500 for one night this was definitely not good value for money.

Great size room. Well located. Could walk into Apollo bay but after a long day driving/walking already it’s easier to take the car. Comfy, warm and everything you need.

Easy to check in, and great location and price. Good facilities but a little dated. We did not meet any of the staff but they responded quickly to facilitate our late arrival by email. Good option for a basic, reasonably-priced one night overnight stay on Great Ocean Road.

Basic but comfortable. We had everything we needed for a base to explore and come back to hot shower and relax in room.

“Overbooked despite confirmed reservation”

Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at this motel because, despite having a reservation booked several months in advance, when we arrived, the motel had overbooked and there was no room available for us.

The rooms were large, bed was comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. The location was great, close enough to the main town and beach, but away from the hustle and bustle.

We enjoyed staying here it was very comfortable and was not as busy as being in the heart of apollo bay and was still extremely close to everything and a few minutes walk to the beach.
