Lack of cleanliness. Under the bed hasn’t been vacuumed. Towels provided were cheap and poor quality. Small nails holding down the carpet at entry to bathroom are poking through the carpet and easily trodden on. Kitchen not properly cleaned. Unfriendly welcome from person managing the place. Has potential to be a nice place to stay.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep. Kitchen has enough utensils to use it but its cleanliness depends on other people sharing the house so can be questionable depending on your luck.

I book the room with the personal kitchen. It was good and spacious. Separate lounge area, and separate bathroom next to the bed room.

Images on line are not accurate. Many maintenance items outstanding, the garden, outdoor furniture, leaks from bathroom facilities. State of cleanliness of kitchen and room was poor. Security was poor. Information about closeness to town was inaccurate. Didn't provide facilities in the room compared to what was stated, including kettle in the room. Linen for bedding and towels was poor quality.
