“Enjoyable stay. Helpful staff. Make your own bed”
The staff were excellent. I arrived at 12 and rather than make me wait until 3pm they gave me a room. The breakfast is excellent, lots to choose from. The location to both the new shrine and the historic basilica on the hill is fantastic. The swimming pool looked great, though too cold in August. Cafes and restaurants and plenty of shops close by.

The location.of Hotel Santo Graal is excellent for visiting Nossa Senhora cathedral. I had a good view of it from an 8th floor balcony room too, which I was asked to pay an extra fee for when I enquired about it on arrival. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us and the food was very good. We had breakfast and dinner. We paid an extra fee for an "Excecutive double" room which turned out to be an ordinary double bed in a compact, plain room. It was fine for one night, but was overpriced.

“Fantastic!”
Very central, near the Cathedral, excellent food (we had breakfast and dinner). The luxury room with a balcony was stunning, with direct view onto the Cathedral.

“Great value hotel right next to the Basilica. Very helpful staff and tour guides.”
Very clean room. Very friendly staff. E xcellent food. Very close to the Basilica. Free tour for guests which was really interesting and very well run. We will choose this hotel if we visit Aparecida again.
