comfy bunk bed , pillow selection and welcome bar !!! we love welcome salt bath and also oden (BF menu) very much!!

The staff is super and friendly! Easy access and a lots of amenities to choose. You can have you pillow specially for your needs ad it's relly cool. Plus a lot of sking care. Haven't meet anyting simmilar anywhere else later on my trip.

The complimentary breakfast was really good. Large variety of dishes. Checkin and checkout were very simple. The receptionist spoke English. The room was clean and additional ammenities were available from the counter. It was a 20 minute walk from Aomori station and hence was a reasonable location.

Nice, clean rooms, everything you need for a short stay. Good value for money.

The person at the front desk was really nice when we checked in, which was a good start. We liked that they gave us free toiletries (face masks, moutwash etc.) and the room was impeccably clean. Also, we could pick our own pillows, which was cool. We were offered a free drink when we arrived, which was a nice surprise.

Everything is perfect except the hotel is a bit far from station.

The room was very clean, with the staff being very friendly. It was rather easy to find, with off-site parking paid for, and a dominoes right downstairs, The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the number of beds was correct.

Staff were great, amazing facilities (free bath salts and welcome drink when we went!), everything was clean, comfy and modern.

It was inexpensive and had breakfast included. Also had an option to fit 3 kids in a room on bunkbeds. We booked 2 rooms and the staff had our rooms opposite each other which was thoughtful.
