“Awesome in every way JAL Hotel was a big part of it.”
Location just out of the way but close to everything especially train bus station and great food, awesome view, hot coffee on arrival back to hotel every afternoon, well proportioned room for Japan, staff polite helpful, didn’t eat the breakfast there but saw it was great

Hotel location is very nearby to shopping areas and restaurants. Breakfast spread is good. It would be even better if the dining area is bigger. Rooms are clean.

“Great value, good location, being short walk to the tourist centre, Nebuta museum and the fish market.”
Very professional, polite and friendly staff. I can not rate them highly enough. Smooth check in and assistance with parking our oversized vehicle. And then assisting us with diggmg our vehicle out and giving us a push when we got bogged in the snow.

“Perfect hotel in the city of snow and apples”
It was comfy and the staff was super comfy. The hotel offered Soba noodles for NYE and gave us a shoes drier.
