The staff was the best part. One person at the reception desk (Saski) really went out if their way to help us arrange the sending if our luggage to our next destination. It sounds like an easy job but when you don't speak Japanese it becomes a challenge and Saski went above and beyond even calling the hotel to confirm that was were we had reserved! Otherwise the hotel is efficient. Conveniently located. Nothing exciting about it but all good too.

Automatic check in made the process simple and the location from the station was super. Hotel was on the main road but you never noticed this with regards to the noise or coming and going. Room was a nice size and the higher rooms offer excellent views and tall windows to allow plenty of light in.

Comfortable and well located near train station and harbour. The staff were kind and allowed us a 2 hour time extension on checkout which was appreciated as we were flying home later that day.

The hotel is very close to Daiwa Roynet Hotel Aomori JR Station, making it extremely convenient for transport. The room size was decent by Japan standards, clean, and well maintained. Having both a shower and bathtub made the bathroom feel more spacious and comfortable. There are also several restaurants nearby and a convenience store located on the ground floor, which adds to the ease of stay. Parking is available at a reasonable rate of about 1,000 yen per day.

Another great Daiwa Roynet hotel. Well designed Room and good size for Japan. The hotel is a short walk from the station and there is a convenience store accessible from the hotel. Helpful staff. Handy to be able to use the coin operated laundry. Great rainhead shower
