“It was a good stay”

Even though room is small it was comfortable

Like the robes and footwear that was provided. Liked the big screen tv with plenty of information on it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even if they didn’t understand English, they would use the translator and try their best to understand our requests and needs. It is convenient with laundry service, and also a convenience store right opposite the hotel.

Amenities are already in the room. Free VOD. Incredibly clean. Very close to a convenience store.

“Great location”

Great location and staff were very helpful. There are two APA hotels and the one we booked had broken heating so they moved us to the other hotel

Breakfast area was clean and bright. It had a good variety of western and Japanese food items. The red bean toast was the best. We followed the intruction given and it was delicious. The hotel located on a quieter neighborhood, but walkable to the main attraction like the A Factory, and the Nebuta Museum. Many restaurants were within walking distance.

Everything is fine, good location , twin room ‘s size is ok, not too small like other hotels. Breakfast for 1,500 yen is sufficient and various kinds of food to choose. We enjoyed our stay.

All of the staff were friendly. The room size is adequate for Japan. The amenities. The location is a little far from the station but close to the shopping street, buses, and the port.

“Comfortable stay and high value for money”

Public carpark available just opposite to the hotel (hotel has only 4 parking spaces which are always occupied early). Good restaurants nearby and Lawson just opposite. 10 mins walk from Aomori station.

Good location to many restaurants and helpful staff as they rebooked me to another apa hotel to a place closer to the station as I had made a mistake in a booking

Quick access from Aomori station . Small rooms but helpful staff .Lawson across the road .

The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. They went above and beyond to help us.

The hotel is quite old and it shows in the hallways. Still, the room is renovated (typical APA look) and clean, features an electric kettle, a tv set, a fridge. You can rent an iron and an ironing board downstairs. For a Japanese hotel room, it is big. This cannot be said about the bathroom which is tiny and claustrophobic. Difficult to move in. The location is excellent, easy to navigate the city. The staff doesn’t speak foreign languages too well, but tries to be helpful.

As usual the APA Hotel chain doesn’t disappoint. Very high quality duvet and bedding. Rooms were spacious, well equipped and clean. Enjoyed my stay. Just 10 mins walking distance from Aomori station, and a short 3 min walk from Aomori Bay. Lawson convenience store just right in front of the hotel

The room was of a good size. The breakfast spread was nice and food was delicious.
