Very nice stay. The hotel is a 10- to 15-minute walk from the station. Staff is very nice and helpful. Free amenities available (razors, beauty products etc.). Free coffee in lobby for every guest in the morning and after check in time.

“Beyond expectations”
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They spent an hour helping us book a ferry in the middle of a night. We’re extremely grateful. Rooms also were very clean and nice.

“Good place, good price”
The bedroom is nice, simple and cosy for the cost. Air-con available if required, alarm clock and lights all controlled by the bedside controls. The bathroom is small but does the job. Landry room and vending machines available on the 4th and 8th floor. Microwave on every floor. Every room has their own WiFi router.

Close to the station. Comfortable bed to sleep in. Reasonably priced. Good water pressure when I had a shower. Amenity for skin care.

“Good enough for a short stay, room smelled of smoke.”
Provided all amenities you would expect, and also coffee and tea downstairs. Had a microwave on each floor. Bed was comfortable and only 15 mins from Aomori station.

nice ,helpful and polite staff. Reception can speak english. there are many restaurant near hotel and the ASPAM is very close to the hotel. Highly recommend for visiting Aomori.
