“Brilliant”

Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. Free bottled water in the room and at reception. Get a bike to get around. We had a private room and it was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. They clean the room amazingly.

i loved everything about this place so much not 1 bad thing to say about it , 5 minutes drive away from night market and beach the staff were so accommodating they gave us fruit most nights water for when we had days out and overall just cared about us id recommend this place 100% , id recommend it that much we actually extended our stay multiple times .

Very modern and amazingly clean. Staff are really nice. Theres a pool which i didnt really use. 20 minute walk to Ao Nang beach area. 7/11 and shops very near. I overslept and extended my stay i slept so well

“Great stay, super clean & comfortable”

This property was a gem of a find, spotlessly clean & super comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly & polite, nothing was too much hassle for them. I left some laundry at reception and had it back within 24hrs, could not fault the service at this hotel. We booked a room only so can't comment on the breakfast but there was an area in the hotel for this. Lots of food places locally so you won't go hungry & a short taxi ride to the beach area / town where you'll find more nightlife.

Everything. The girls at the reception were so kind and helpfull. they offered the motorbike to rent with someone secure and also the way to go to phiphi. Very nice pool and very comfortable the room

Great hospitality. My wife missed things when we are checking out. The staff helped us to post the things all the way from krabi to malaysia my doorstep.

Staff were all really friendly, always chatted to us. And were so nice to our daughter. Room was clean and air con worked great. Could get extra bits like water & coffee if needed. Pool area was nice too.

I would say very clean hotel. Staff thoughtful and helped with rental of motorbikes. If you consider booking mind the location as it is very far from main Ao Nang area - no walkways. Grab almost useless - no one accepts. I would recommend booking only if you prefer loner location or plan to rent a motorbike, which we did as it was must to be able to get somewhere.

The location is not the most central. However, it felt more local and there were some great food spots nearby. The room was very spacious and quiet and the pool area was also very nice and clean. The highlight was the staff. They were one of the nicest people we met in Thailand, a country, where almost everybody is already super nice. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
