“Excellent resort in a beautiful setting near Ao Nang”

The staff were incredible, nothing was too much. The resort is lovely, set slightly out of Ao Nang beach, but quiet and all the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food and drinks were nice, there is a shuttle into Ao Nang market regularly throughout the day. It finishes at 7pm which is the only slight downside but it’s easy enough to get a taxi. We really enough our stay and would definitely staff again at Poonsiri Resort.

It had the most delicious breakfast during our Thai trip. Beautiful hotel, staff friendly, the temperature from the swimming pool was always warm despite having rain. Nice rest comparing to lousy downtown

“A fabulous stay in paradise.”

This resort is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! With the limestone cliffs as a backdrop, the little chalets around the lagoon really are a picture of paradise. Inside the rooms we found everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and talking of comfort, the beds were exceptional! The rooms were cleaned and restocked daily and I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. Breakfast was delicious and fresh with a good choice of Thai and western options. The restaurant is also open for evening meals. The pool bar has a happy hour twice a day. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay and always greeted us with a warm smile. When booking this hotel remember you are not in the centre of the town but, this was part of the charm for us. You won’t be able to walk out of the hotel to the beach or the bars there however, there is a regular, complimentary shuttle service that drops off at the landmark market and picks up from the same spot for the return journey. Failing that, we used Grab regularly and were paying in the region of 100THB per journey. I’d highly recommend booking this hotel if you love nature (there are LOTS of monkeys!) and absolutely beautiful surroundings. You can even watch elephants taking a dip in the river next to the resort. I personally can’t wait for my next visit to this little bit of paradise. Thanks Poonsiri for an excellent stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay at PooNsiri Resort! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. One of the coolest things was seeing so many monkeys walking and jumping on the rooftops around the resort — such a unique experience! The food was excellent with a great variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Another big advantage is the self-service laundry at the hotel, which is very convenient and costs very little, including the dryer. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall the whole experience was amazing. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!

“Beautiful laid back stay with monkey experience.”

Beautiful location with an exceptional monkey experience 🐒🌴 Clean and spacious bungalows with very nice views. Peaceful atmosphere and a great place to relax. I booked the Early Bird (6 AM pickup) 4 Islands Tour as well as the Phi Phi Islands tour through the hotel. Highly recommended 🙌🏼🌴 Everything was well organized and definitely worth it.

“A snap of paradise in nature”

The resort was stunning. The staff so friendly and helpful. We visited during Songkran and I loved that the staff were enjoying water fights whilst working. They remained attentive and responsive to guest needs but it spoke volumes to me about the ethos is of the company. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary whilst there and informed them before we arrived and our room was spectacularly decorated

Set amongst the greenery a few kilometres out of the hustle and bustle. Yet, the free shuttles and Grab will have you in Ao Nang in a few minutes. Beautiful setting surrounded by water. Staff are so friendly!
