“Clean cool room in a great location”

Very clean and nice rooms, AC was brilliant. Great for the price, we read some of the bad reviews but we do not feel that any of them were reflected in what we saw.

We are from Malaysia, and my friends and I had a wonderful stay at Pagi Pagi Villas in Krabi for 5D4N. One of the highlights of our trip was booking an island-hopping package through the hotel. There were four of us, and we paid a total of 3,500 THB for a private longtail boat tour that included visits to four islands, as well as hotel pick-up and drop-off transportation directly to and from the pier. Lunch was not included, but that was perfectly fine for us. What impressed us the most was the honesty and professionalism of the staff. When we wanted to book the island-hopping trip, they informed us that the weather forecast predicted storms and heavy rain, which might not be suitable for the activity. Instead of simply taking our payment, they advised us to wait while they monitored the weather conditions. They even offered a full refund if the weather turned out to be unfavorable. Fortunately, the weather cleared up on the day of our trip, and everything went smoothly. We truly appreciated their sincerity and customer-first approach. The hotel staff were also very accommodating. Guests can borrow items such as umbrellas and irons from the reception free of charge, which was very convenient. There is also a café located right in front of the hotel. Guests staying at Pagi Pagi Villas can enjoy a 10% discount on breakfast by simply mentioning that they are staying at the hotel. Overall, my friends and I had a lovely experience here and would highly recommend Pagi Pagi Villas to anyone visiting Krabi. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Watsons, 7-Eleven, the beach, the pier, restaurants, souvenir shops, and massage spas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended Pagi Pagi Villas to our friends and family whenever they are looking for accommodation in Krabi.

“The best option in Ao Nang!”

I had a wonderful stay at Pagi Pagi! The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed during my stay. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything. Thank you sooo much Namwan, Pink and the rest of the wonderful Pagi Pagi family. The service overall was excellent, with little details that made a big difference, like having water always available, which is a real plus in the heat. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for me, in the best street close to the beach, in front of the best restaurant and close to my Muay Thai Camp. See you soon ❤️

Nice area near restaurants and bars, spacious rooms and nice outside seating areas. The staff are also really kind and helpful.

Great location and great staff

Amazing, best place i stayed in krabbi. Just enough for a private room with bath. Shower and toilet are separate. Rhe staff so kind and helpfull. Its includes as a welcome fruit salad. A little terrace with space to dry your stuff

I really enjoyed my stay here. The atmosphere is peaceful, with fresh air and a relaxing environment—perfect for a getaway. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, with convenience stores, ATMs, and plenty of restaurants nearby. I especially loved seeing cats and squirrels around the room area—it added a lovely and relaxing touch to the experience. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely come back again. 💛

I highly recommend this place. The rooms are great and well-equipped with amenities such as a refrigerator, air conditioning, water heater, TV, and power outlets. They even provide instant noodles and fruit. The rooms are clean, and the bed linens, pillowcases, and blankets smell wonderful. The location is close to many restaurants and convenience stores, all within walking distance. The hotel's atmosphere is perfect for relaxation, with trees, squirrels, and cats. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful whenever I needed anything. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place in the center of Ao Nang! Amazing friendly staff, I never saw the same before in Thailand! I stayed here 3’d times already and will back again next time for sure. Rooms have everything what you need, good air conditioning, fridge with mini bar, water heater, safe box, small patio with table and chairs. Also every time I rented here motorbikes, and it was nice experience. Highly recommended that place to stay in Krabi.
