“Mesmerising stay”

It was one of the best place I have ever stayed in life and it was so comfortable we extended our stay one more night and left with a heavy heart The place is crystal clean and they have made sure to notice and provide tiny detailing the beds are so comfortable and the place is very beautifully designed . The pool is so good plus the pool toys make it more fun the aura of the place is mesmerising. My family loved it too . They have shuttle services for the day which can drop and pick you from common places. The owner is a very charming person and managing it greatly. The staff is nice too.

Modern, clean, spacious villas. Amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Convenient WhatsApp to ask questions, organise trips and free shuttle. Highly recommend these as a base away from the madness of Ao Nang strip.

Village in a quiet area and is a short driving distance from town and the beach. Accommodation provides a free shuttle bus to the city and back any time till 10pm. Houses are simple but clean. The Staff is kind but their English could be improved. However the owner is often around and does his best to satisfy his guests. His English is very good instead. The swimming pool is nicely illuminated in the evening and next to it there is a gameroom with Playstation which was a highly appreciated bonus for our child. In case of late checkout there are amenities like shower and changing room to prepare before leaving the village in the afternoon.

Very good location with lovely villas, impeccably clean, and the onsite swimming pool. The courteousy shuttle bus in to Ao Nang was a great bonus. Very very good value for money and highly recommended. Peaceful and close to nature, especially with the wild monkeys.

A nice house, thoughtfully equipped with gadgets like wireless charging next to every bed. Aside from that, it’s fairly basic. It’s convenient and cost-saving that there’s a shuttle to the town center.

Wouldn't hesitate to return here. Ivan and his team run a superb facility. Everything works perfectly: air conditioning , hot water, kitchen equipment , bathroom, bath , showers - all great (including filtered drinking water on tap). And all extremely comfortable & quiet. If you have any issues or any questions Ivan and his team respond immediately. We really liked the location a little bit out of the main resort but easily reachable within a few minutes and the resort provides free shuttle bus to Ao Nang whenever you need it. Superb accommodation.

The villa was small and compact, but big enough for all of us. The shuttle service was amazing and we never waited more than 5 minutes to be taken into town or to the night market.

A beautiful and super clean villa. It has everything you need – drinking water, forks, dishes and even spices for cooking. The staff are very friendly and polite. Although the villa is located further from the center, we didn’t feel any discomfort at all – the shuttle service was excellent and efficient. We stayed for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave! The place was better than I expected.

We loved our little house away from the crowds. House is as comfortabele as expected, very clean, and very relaxing . Great beds and linnen , kitchen equiped to prepare a simple meal. Service of the staff is just wonderfull, nothing is a problem and they will take you in ao nang where you want without a hassle. We will be back for shure, thank you for making our stay so amazing!

The accommodation was wonderful! The property is very clean, spacious, and smells lovely. The beds are comfortable, and the pool area is great—quiet, not crowded, and there were even toys in the water for the kids to play with, which they really enjoyed. The laundry service it was great too, very efficient! The only small downside could be the distance to the beach, but the property offers a perfect solution: free shuttle services. They took us to the beach, the night market, grocery stores, and restaurants, so the distance never felt like a problem at all. It was incredibly convenient. The owner also speaks very good English, and it was a real pleasure talking with him. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return!

“Great family hide out on Ao Nang Beach / Krabi”

Amazing place to stay - we had a great time with our family there and enjoyed it fully. The Villas are spacious and well equipped. Many things are well thought through like night stands with phone chargers and lights with motion sensors. Additionally the small kitchen area has got everything which is needed plus a drinking water dispenser. We stayed in a Villa without a pool which was absolut fine as the community pool is great! A huge bonus is the shuttle to the supermarket (5 mins drive) and the beach front (10-12 mins drive). In addition, there are two vendor machines which have essentials from A-Z. Near the reception is a small playground for the kids with swings, trampolines and other stuff. Our kids loved it! The staff and the general manager are absolute stars and always super helpful. We met many other families there which was a plus for us.

We liked everything. We booked private villa with private swimming pool for 2 days, could not stay more, bc it was fully booked afterwards..it was super, jacuzzy in rooftop sunterrace, super clean and cozy,monkeys in the morning on the trees, beautiful view to surroundings. The manager was top guy, drove us to the place we could rent a roller and not get scammed. Free shuttle service to the beach all the time till late evening. Recommend!

Staff were really friendly, helpful and so nice. We had warm welcome. Our villa was lovely, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, great aircon, plenty of hot water. The rooms were all of a good size, nice ambiance, plenty of room for 4 of us. The villa felt private and secure, it was quiet at night. The outside space was great, we didn't use the hot tub, but the pool was so nice. Recommend as a place to stay. Just wish we could have stayed longer.
