“Amazing facilities pool and room”

My travel partner left me solo here 👌🏼

Everything was fine from check in to check out only the problem is aircond was hot you can't adjust the air conditioner in the room 1205 and 1303 was the room asign to me both rooms was hot during the nite we did complain to front desk but was told the technician will attend to the room nothing much was done only the maintenance guy come and press a few bottons on the control panel in the room and when out to the balcony to check on the compresor and said all ok but it was not rectified. Overall was ok breakfast was ok and the best part it's just walking distance to 7Elevent which can be accessed 24 7 from the back of the hotel.Looking for halal food there is this hotel located just out side the hotel few metters away is called Rezeki restaurant nice and affordable.

“Poor quality and smelly room”

Smelly room, we informed the staff but they never came to check! Towels were very smelly too. The shower door was not closing properly.

“Good, comfortable hotel in Ao Nang”

When we arrived, the hotel was fully booked. The staff were very friendly. The pool is excellent. The room was spacious with a long balcony. We had a comfortable bean bag chair and a mini fridge. The rooms were cleaned daily. The location is ideal. It’s about a 8-minute walk to the beach. There are great massage parlors and shops nearby. I recommend exchanging money in Bangkok and preferably exchanging a larger amount, because the exchange rate in Ao Nang is not that good. There is also a great little “kiosk” next to the hotel where you can book ATM adventures and island-hopping boat trips. The staff provide informative and friendly explanations about everything, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Rooms clean and tidy. Tv broken shower leaked everywhere. Fridge did work.

Room was spacious. Very pleasant stay. Pool is very nice, my children also enjoyed a lot. We haven't opt for Breakfast here. The Beach is nearby only few minutes walking from Hotel. The Night Bazar is also nearby. Lots of Indian Restaurants are near this property.

There is a lovely pool inside the hotel and a free snooker table, which my son and father-in-law loved playing.
