Cliff Haven Villa, Ao Nang… what a find. We stayed a week in this beautiful 4-bedroom villa (3 bathrooms, including a Jack and Jill) and it completely delivered. We were a party of 5, but it would comfortably sleeps 8 without ever feeling crowded. Private, peaceful, and well equipped. There’s a full kitchen, plus an outdoor cooking/kitchen area and bar which is perfect for sitting out in the evening by the pool. The pool area is fantastic and the outside space really makes this place – ideal for relaxing during the day and unwinding in the evenings. Fresh towels are provided for the pool, and having a washing machine on site is a real bonus for a longer stay. The villa itself is spotless. Clean, fresh, and genuinely inviting from the moment you walk in. What really made the stay exceptional though was our host, Som-O. She went above and beyond- organising transfers, boat trips, shopping, and recommending some brilliant places to eat. Nothing was too much trouble, and it made the whole experience seamless. Being our first time visiting Thailand, having Som-O there to help us was invaluable. The villa is tucked away enough to feel private, we found using Grab or Bolt made getting around really easy when we wanted to head into town, explore or reach the beach. Highly recommend

Exceptionally great place to stay! The villa is very spacious, with excellent facilities and spotlessly clean. The owner was absolutely lovely: always reachable, waited for our arrival on site, showed us around, shared local tips and answered all of our questions. During our stay, we were also offered villa cleaning. The garden and pool were beautiful and very well maintained. The neighbourhood is quiet, lovely and not crowded at all. Having a car made it easy to get everywhere, and the main area is only a 5–6 minute drive away. The sunset view from the terrace was also stunning. Would definitely stay here again - 100% recommended!

The area is quiet and full of nature. The garden of the villa is so nice decorated and is very relaxing. The host was great too! There is a coffee place in the resort which is great for morning coffees and not only.

Truly exceptional villa set just outside Ao Nang, in a quiet location - but with easy access to the town and nearby beaches (hire care recommended). The living space and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the pool area and garden are much more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The host is lovely, and greeted us - as well as helped with all needed logistics for trips, mbike hire etc!

Wonderful hosts that welcomed us upon arrival and explained everything about the villa! We have stayed in many other villas previously, but have not met such great hospitality as we did at Cliff Haven. The villa is spacious, modern and well equipped. We enjoyed staying there. Would also recommend the option to rent a car to get around and explore wonderful Krabi.

Absouletly beautiful villa. Very large and finished to a high standard. Each villa has their own Lovely swimming pool . Staff were great and always there to help with suggestions and arranging trips plus a few lifts. Especially a big thank you to SomO and Mint and the cleaners. Villa is about 5k from the Ao Nang beach but we saw this as a advantage as it was a lot less busy and easy to get Grab Taxi into town and back at a very low price.

The vila was amazing really welcome from the minute we got there. Quiet location and great facilities, sad to leave Bruno behind but we will definitely be back.

We liked the villa—very comfortable for a small family, good layout, very modern, and very clean. Great swimming pool. The location was quiet, very green, and semi-rural. The host was extremely accommodating and very helpful with everything. There’s also a small coffee place that can prepare food if needed. Great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang Beach, but you can get to the beach and town centre in about a 10-minute drive.

Fantastic Villa. Very clean. Great outdoor bbq area and large pool.

This is by far my favourite place I stayed in. Ever. The property itself is pure luxury and we felt so grateful to be waking up there every morning. We are a family of 4 and the house itself has everything you might need. There's so much space to run around and have fun, the garden with the pool is perfect to spend a whole day or come back to after the whole day of exploring. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated. The whole house is bright and can be pretty much fully open with sliding doors so you feel like you're outside all the time. The place is super clean but the absolute best part is the thoughtfulness of the team looking after these properties. We truly felt like a part of the family, there were loads of little details that really made our time in Krabi unforgettable. From the most amazing welcome, through the long chats about life and the world at their newly established cafe next door to recommendations for trips and stunning restaurants, this stay was absolutely faultless from start to finish. We are travelling Thailand for 2 months and I only wish these guys would be running every single property we stayed in.
