The property had an amazing rooftop swimming pool area that hasted an amazing view, I also upgraded my room to have a swimming pool in my balcony area which was also amazing with great view.

“Hotel need a refurbishment and new assistant reception manager”

We were very excited to stay at this hotel after traveling around Thailand for some time. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, everything went downhill. Our rooms were not ready by 3 PM, and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Normally, this wouldn’t be a major issue, but considering the overall experience, it seemed like the hotel had significant problems with staffing and housekeeping. When we finally checked into our rooms, we were immediately disappointed by the cleanliness and overall standard of the apartments. On Booking.com, the hotel advertises beautiful, modern apartments. Unfortunately, the rooms we were given were outdated and looked nothing like the photos online. It felt like they were advertising a completely different product. As someone who works in the hotel industry, I inspected the room carefully and immediately noticed crumbs all over the floor, dust on furniture and appliances, and multiple stains on furniture, bins, and surfaces. The bathroom was no better — there were visible black and pink mold spots, and the overall condition was far below acceptable standards. One of the rooms featured a private pool on the balcony, which initially sounded great. However, one look at it truly disgusted us. The water was dark green, and I honestly wouldn’t risk stepping into it for fear of catching something, as it clearly wasn’t cleaned regularly. After raising these concerns with management, we were moved to another room that was promised to be in better condition. Unfortunately, it was even dirtier than the first one. We spotted a spider nest directly above the bed, and unsurprisingly, the second pool was no cleaner. The reception assistant manager was present while showing us the second room, but after hearing me point out the repeated issues, he simply turned around and walked away. His attitude was nasty, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of care for guests. We were then told to wait another 30 minutes for better rooms.

Did not try the breakfast as wanted to eat Thai, but also had no breakfast included. The rooftop has some amazing views in the early morning and during sunset. The rooftop swimming pool is another cool feature of the hotel.
