This is a very basic hotel for just an overnight stay. The linens were a bit dirty and there were stains. But most importantly, it was VERY noisy; there was a late-night disco in the bar across the street. We asked for a quieter room and couldn't sleep for a long time.

Nice place in a great location just out from the busy road and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Light, simple breakfast was provided even if not specified in the booking. It was a nice surprise.

“Clean, friendly & centrally located: plenty of pluses here.”
Location is excellent for Ao Nang Beach to catch boats to surrounding bays and islands. Set back from the main drag, no noise is heard from the bars and restaurants. Scooters and laundry services were appreciated, as was a modest inclusive breakfast that we only discovered 2 days into our stay, and our small balcony. The morning shift front-desk manager was helpful and knowledgeable.
