We had a lovely stay at the villa. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. We particularly appreciated having a washing machine available. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos—spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of five. We also liked the location. It was peaceful and quiet, yet still conveniently close to Ao Nang Beach.

Everything was perfect, owners helpful, grab cheap to the beachfront, pool lovely and rooms very good. Useful there was a washing machine, overall everything we needed and more!

The villa has a massive pool which is fantastic for outdoor living . A/c was very good inside the house . Really quiet area as well . It was costing us 70-80 baht to travel into Ao nang and approx 10 minutes .

“Lovely, quiet and private with plenty of excitement in easy reach when you want it.”

The villa is in a quiet location and very private, though an easy 20 ish minute flat walk to the Landmark Night Market, beach, restaurants, bars etc. We walked back or took a Tuk Tuk for 200 Baht, about £4.58 on todays rate. It's a very well laid out villa, only 2 of us stayed so had the choice of the three double bedrooms but plenty of room for 6 people. It was also great to have air con in the sitting/dinning room, not just the bedrooms. The villa seems to be pretty new, its in great condition. Swimming pool is lovely, very warm. Liew, the host, arranged for us to visit James Bond island and to do a cookery course, all arranged before we flew out, both excellent, we were picked up and dropped back at the villa so nice and easy. Also arranged for us to be taken to the airport after our stay. We spent 10 nights at the villa. Booked 11 as had a late flight so this gave us an extra day which worked perfectly. Dining out is so cheap we didn't bother trying to cook, just bought bread for toast and some nibbles for lunch from the 7/11 (Plenty about) and fruit locally . There was a separate drinking water tap in the kitchen so no need to buy bottled water (which was super convenient) The Thai people are all very friendly and the locals all said hello and waved when they saw us walking, its such a friendly place. If like us, you would rather stay in a villa with a private pool and plenty of privacy but be close to restaurants and bars to dine out if you want at your leisure and see local people, shops, markets and some of local life rather than be in a hotel where you could be anywhere in the world with sun and not get a feel for the country then I would say that this is an ideal villa to choose. It helped give us an amazing holiday.

The villa is very beautiful. It's very well lit, nice decor, beautiful and clean pool. We had an awesome time here. The owner was very accommodating in checkin us late. Also she very quickly arranged for our one day trip to phi Phi island on short notice. Loved the experience. Highly recommended.

The property was lovely and clean. The pool was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The peace and quiet was so lovely. You could hear birds, frogs , geckos (and who knows what else) and the prayers from the local mosque were divine. We were given a contact of a driver and he was fantastic!
