The location is great. Beach in front of the villa and restaurants on both sides of this beautiful property.

Great location and a well maintained property. The room was spacious and comfortable with a kitchen & a living room.

We arrived a few hours earlier than check in, we were invited to stay on the beach whilst the property was cleaned and we were welcomed in as soon as it was done. Staff were super friendly. Property was directly onto the beach with private decking area with table and chairs. Immaculate inside and well presented, even a little cabinet with some mozzy spray and first aid which I found very helpful! Bed was big and comfortable and facilities were all we needed. Separate shower and toilet which were both clean and shower toiletries provided, air freshers, toilet roll etc. Short walk to Joys beach bar/restaurant and Ko Dum restaurant and short taxi to the pier.

“Villa by the beach”

If you want a quieter area to stay but want to explore more of Krabi, then this is the perfect place. The Villa is directly on the beach with beautiful views. The Villa was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Easy access to the ferry pier to Railay and other islands. A few beach restaurants and bars a step away lovely food and very reasonably priced. When the tide is low the beach is rocky, therefore swimming is restricted to high tide. We had a lovely week here thank you Montira and family for being so welcoming.

We have been really disappointed, I think this place must be closed until further review of entire measures regarding, clean water, insects, reptiles, ventilation, etc I don’t recommend anyone to book this place.

We had such a great time while being there, this place is truly amazing. The position, the fact that everything is close to it but at the same time you have privacy, makes it the perfect choice.

All I can say is perfect ❤️ the family and stuff could not be more lovely and helpful , so clean , location is so quiet and private but only 7 minutes away from the town . Some lovely restaurants in walking distance, but really the villa , the setting and the lovely family just make it a perfect stay , we would love to come back soon thanks again 🥰

Montira was an excelent host. Such a kind soul. Do not hesitate to book this amazing place. In my opinion best villa on that beach :) No boats on AO nam Mao beach and some really lovely restaurants. Just 15 mins. To railway and really close to AO nang as well. Beach is clean and on high tide swimming is possible. Very clean and just like in the pictures. I would book it again.

Beachfront, peaceful, comfy, fully equipped villa. I would not be suprised if it cost 10times more... Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice beachfront restaurants/bars nearby. Just 10min walk (on the beach during low tide) to ferry to beautiful Railay.
