Location is exceptional, just in front of the sea. You can enjoy a morning breakfast looking at the sea or a nice sunset from your cottage. The staff was really nice.

The location is great if have moped and the beach is what makes this place memorable and free breakfast

Everything My wife and i just landed and thats the place also mentally to arrive in this tropical paradise. Tranquile setting calm beach and still only some minutes to busy ao nang beach Very good breakfast in super flexible hours and very nice host family We look forward comming back

Wonderful location and overall has a great little vibe to it. It has a nice rustic and worn in feel to it with simple bungalows that do just the job. Nobody stays on the beach to sit in an air conditioned room right. Definitely not physically comfortable for most with bugs and sand almost everywhere but perfect for those that are happy with simple. Lovely people makes up for any issues.

Literally the absolute nicest people ever. The place is really really pretty and calm all day long, the beach is gorgeous and the food delicious. Would recommend to literally anyone to come here.

The location was lovely. You can eat your breakfast on the beach. Walking distance to the pier for Railay beach ferries. Hot shower, WiFi worked in the room. Lots of hangers to dry clothes. Small supermarket short walk away. Others within 30 min walk. Restaurants on the beach also. KoDam kitchen nice.

amazing location on a private beach, away from the touristy areas but still close to various activities (e.g. horse riding, pier to railay, kayaking). come here if you want to avoid tourist traps and really feel at home! the staff were super-friendly and there were so many cute dogs, cats and chicken roaming the properties. although breakfast was the same every day, it had a lot of variety: fried rice, fruits, eggs, drinkable water, coffee and bread - and it was free!

I love everything about this place~ the kind people who run it, the simple & very comfortable bungalow, the location; a little walk along the beach to the port to get a ferry to Railay or wherever you’d like to go. Many delicious restaurants neighbouring Dawn of Happiness on the beach & you receive a delicious breakfast from Dawn of Happiness that sets you up for the day… the environment is what makes it all though… it’s so so beautiful to be immersed in Mother Earth so abundantly. The soundtrack to this week was do delightful, constant waves, incredible birds, clattering cicadas & cats, dogs, hermit crabs… to pause & just be at Dawn of Happiness, will totally regenerate your being.

Such an amazing location, loved being able to open your doors straight onto the beach and had lots of nice morning swims! Very quiet beach and not crowded at all it’s so peaceful! About 20mins away from the main town of Ao Nang which is perfect really. We hired a motorbike for one day to go check it out and that was all we needed. We much preferred our little spot at dawn of happiness! Staff were very nice, attentive, and accomodating. The bar there was very cool and in the morning had a yummy breakfast available with fresh fruit and toast which I looked forward to each morning. Rooms have everything you need and the net was super handy.

Beautiful location, absolute paradise. The staff are so warm, welcoming and friendly. A real authentic Thai experience with massages on the beach, in house kitchen and bar and the owner plays Thai music. The beach is so beautiful with lots to do and see around the area, a real community here. The rooms have everything you need, clean and well kept, with porches out the front. True paradise ❤️

I loved everything about this place the location so natural and beautiful. this is a place of great energy and the lovely people who run this place with love... great food and the ladies looked after me especially moi and the chef and toi and teams lovely wooden hut was a treat and everyone there were so kind and helpful! butterflies, , kingfishers, eagles and herons this is a nature lovers paradise...
