The staff were very friendly and gave us a free upgrade as they were not able to give us 2 rooms close by. Property is spotless.

I honestly have no idea how this hotel manages to keep such a high rating. It’s advertised as a 4-star property on Booking, but in reality it doesn’t even come close — it’s a worn-out 3-star hotel at best. Paying 4-star prices for this place is simply absurd. The room and facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. If you’re on the second floor, you can’t even use the main pool — they redirect you to another one that looks more like a fountain. The restaurant doesn’t resemble a real restaurant in any way — it looks and feels like a cheap roadside dive. There isn’t even an actual bar: just a folding table with a few cups on it. The bed is unbelievably hard — practically impossible to sleep on. Oh, and one more thing: they leave used disposable slippers for the next guests — you can clearly see the wear marks on them. That alone says everything you need to know about the level of this hotel. Overall, this hotel was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly do not recommend staying here.

nice and clean room (there are two different-look building, we are on the beach side). it's not a swimming beach - no large beach front but there are chairs and open space to have sea view.

everything, the whole resort is gorgeous and the staff are amazing. Had a technical issue in a room and was moved without any fuss. The rooms are large, the beds were big and comfy. I am sure we was the only 2 customers on site for the 2 nights

AMAZING!! Absolutely loved it, ended up staying an extra night. Quiet area, short drive into busy parts of krabi. 3 pools!!! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

“Extremely lovely staff”

The staff here go out of their way to help you out. They are very kind and friendly and resourceful. The place itself is surrounded by beautiful mountains and right next to the beach. The pool is 10/10 too! The location is a little far from the airport but close to everything else including piers to Islands, Ao Nang night market etc. we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for making my birthday so special!

Very kind personnel & good service

The hotel has a wonderful location just by some limestone cliffs and away from other hotels. You can truly feel you are in a rural setting The local village has frequent long tail boats to Rai Ly and it's beaces Note elephants in the pictures are concrete!

Room is good. Staff is friendly. Pool looked amazing but did not swim. Location is alright if you have a bike.
