We loved the communal areas. Everything was well looked after and inviting. You get so much more than just your own apartment. Sergio was a great host and very helpful with tips of places to eat and visit. He even booked a table for us one evening! The breakfast was delicious every day! We will be back :)

“Amazing trip to Rome and Anzio”

Everything has been great! There is nothing that you could think of and that Sergio wouldn’t have thought about. It is the first time I put a 10 and also the first time that I am planning to come back to the same place.

We loved the apartment and our host Sergio was the best. So accommodating and made us feel very welcome right from the start. He helped us book local restaurants and navigate the area and also provided shuttles to and from the beach and main town. The apartment is modern and very well kept. Great for family and lots of fun in the pool.

Everything was awesome about the stay. Stuff there was so nice and helpful, apartment was clean and furnitured beautifuly. We loved the pool and garden and the apartment shuttle to the beach was super comfortable. They showed us the best beaches. Breakfast was delicious and we have here the best lasagna in italy. Make sure you try their drinks and dinners too. We are looking forward to come back as soon as we can. Perfect beach holiday stay for families. We loved it here.

Great accommodation that exceeded our expectations. Very friendly, almost family-like atmosphere. The rooms and outdoor areas are meticulously cared for. It’s easy to arrange anything, including a private dinner. Delicious breakfasts with a regular supply of fresh croissants from their own bakery.

“Very pleasant stay”

Everything about this place is great.We where on a 16 day trip and stayed in many places on the way and this one was one of the best.! The apartment that we had is on the top floor and it's very nice, superclean and with big balcony with chair's and table. The swimming pool is very good with saltwater.There's a bar next to the pool with big table were you also eat your breakfast and dinner. Sergio is the host and he is very nice, he's alway's around and make's your stay very pleasant. If you are in the neigborhood,book it!

Super clean, very secluded oasis of relaxation with secure parking, available and super helpfull staff and modern housing. What is not to like! Super modern rooms with electrical full blinding curtains, and all the necessary equipment and air condition. Top tier appartments!

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was big enough and very clean. Breakfast was very good. The pool was suitable for children. 150m from the location You will find the best pizza in the whole are. Our host was very helpful. Will come back for sure!

I highly recommend this place! We spent a very pleasant week here with our two children. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary appliances, and everything is well-maintained and clean. The host himself is a very nice, open, and helpful person. He was happy to share advice about traveling in the area, recommended the best attractions, places worth seeing, and restaurants with delicious food.

Thank you Sergio & Riccardo. The appartment is really beautiful. The best thing are both hosts: Sergio & Riccardo. They are very helpful and amazing people. The breakfast, made from the very own bakery, was very good. We would stay here again.

“Perfect holidays with perfect hosts in a very nice appartement”

Perfect site, perfect hosts, great days. Appartement in a completely renewed house with a nice swimmingpool in front of plus a bar close by in a calm region of Anzio. Every morning do the hosts serve a fresh made breakfast on demand either fruits etc. or salty with eggs and ham. “Anzio, Rome, ITALY”

If you are travelling to Anzio or the surrounding area, the newly built Stempogianni Apartments is tucked away down a quiet side road and is an exceptional choice for singles, couples or families. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a pizzaria nearby. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with wraparound balcony facing the private pool. The kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to cook for yourselves. There was also washing machine, 2 tvs and A/C.  The property served a fabulous cooked breakfast with an array of fresh pastries from their family bakery and fresh fruit, yoghurt and granola al fresco, and the cappucino was was superb. The owner. Sergio was more than accommodating, driving us to the town, beach and back at no extra cost if you don't have a car. There are also ample car parking spaces with electric charging stations for your electric car. Plenty of sunloungers and beach towels provided. Drinks at the bar included cocktails and beers for a very reasonable price. The property is very well maintained and clean.i would definitely recommend. A++ property.

The apartment was fantastic - really spacious, very clean and well equipped. The large balcony overlooked a lovely swimming pool and covered breakfast area. The hosts were extremely welcoming, and helpful with any requests, including offering tips for the beach and places to go. The location is good, about 10 minutes walk from the train station in a residential area, with a supermarket very close by which is ideal if self-catering. The train has regular links to both Anzio and it’s restaurants/beaches, and into Rome, so it is possible to visit without a car. The breakfast was delicious, very fresh with lots of choice. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely recommend it!
