Nice old villa near the station, beautiful garden. Helpful and friendly at the reception. Fully equipped kitchen. Close enough to Rome for a daytrip. Anzio is a lovely small sea port town, mainly italian tourists.

This old Italian villa was an absolute dream. Surrounded by lush gardens and with stunning sea views, it felt like a peaceful hideaway full of charm and character. The architecture is classic and elegant—think arched doorways, vintage details, and that effortlessly timeless vibe. The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to slow down and enjoy a bit of authentic Italian beauty in a setting that feels both special and relaxed.

I was really appreciating this place until the checkout time. The owner seemed very nice and smiling and the villa quite calm. I liked having my own room in an affordable price. There was a fan in the room, which helped in the very high temperatures.

The host is very kind and the appartment is located near the train station which was very convenient for us.

The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful location near the beach. Hospitable and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. The hotel also has a kitchen where I could make tea and coffee.

The building itself is very spaceous inside and has a huge yard full of luxuriant plants. We had our room (with private bathroom) placed in the eastern part so we were waked by the sunrise. That means the room was colder in the afternoon, perfect after our return from the city/beach. There is a kitchen downstairs (a very big one and well equiped), but we used it only for the refridgerator. The Ostello is placed in a very quiet neighbourhood, even is it very close to the train station (5-10 mins walk) and all the streets around smelled like gelsomino, oleanders and other plants. Franceso - our host was the nicest guy ever and helped us with information and also offered to keep our luggage at the reception desk after the check-out so we can go one more time to the beachside (we also recommend the private beaches because the facilities are not that expensive - for example we paid 15 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for the whole day). And the most impressive thing was that when we prepared to leave, Francesco (because we told him that we like to make our own limoncello back at home) offered us around 3 kilos of fresh lemons from it's yard.

Only a 6 minute walk from the station, big kitchen, tv and lots of chairs. A good vending machine with coffee. Friendly staff and quick to respond :)
