“Room with best seaside.”

The placement is really good with wonderful seaside, near the beach and bar-restautant, swimming pool clear and beautiful. Very good room for it price.

During my stay, I woke up with multiple itchy bites after sleeping in the room. After two nights, the number of bites increased significantly and I had to purchase antihistamine medication. I have attached photos of the bites. While I cannot confirm the exact source, the experience was concerning and I believe the room should be checked for bed bugs or other biting insects. The bedding also had a very strong perfume/fragrance smell, which made it difficult to sleep on the first night. Apart from this issue, everything else was great. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and the overall stay would have been very enjoyable. Location was great and host sent us very detailed information about the accommodation 🙏

“Amazing view and location!”

We stayed in the left apartment (Ponente) and were very happy: nice, clean and spacious room, great bed, great towels and AMAZING view, the best ever! The train station "Anzio Colonia" is a 12 min walk, direct train from Termini comes here in 65 min. A nice free beach is 6-7 min walk, city centre and great beach 15 min walk, supermarket 5 min walk. A sunset bar is at the accommodation as well as a restaurant.

The location is amazing, stunning view and close to the beach. Lovely atmosphere. Clean and comfortable. Host available and kind.

“Amazing stay by the sea”

The view is amazing, direct to the sea and you even can open the window to enjoy the sea breeze. For me the room decor is lovely and somehow it's convenient. The ambiance is very tranquil, out of the crowd in Italian summer.

“Romantic paradise”

It is a piecefill little room on the ocean. The train stops at Anzio and it takes about 15 min walk to get to the house. The gates are beautiful with the restaurant and cafe. All people are local and very friendly. You go through a passage to your room. The common area has tea and coffee nicely arranged in a very classy style. The room is on the ocean. At nite when you fall asleep you hear the music of the ocean. The night lighting are very sexy and romantic. The furniture display is very thoughtful. I wish I could stay there longer!!!!

The location was fantastic looking over the sea. Everything we needed for a one night stay was in the apartment and the host had good communication! Would definitely return!!

“Loved it.”

First: what a view what a location! Absolutely loved spending my time here. I was in March where it was basically completely empty so I saw almost nobody, only the sea and the sun. The bed was comfortable, there were enough pillows and air conditioning was working properly. They also have a small kitchen section where I could have coffee or store some of my things in the fridge. The check in/out worked super, even though I arrived after check in times. Also it only took to me 25 minutes by feet to walk to the harbor/centrum.

A serene stay with breathtaking beach views, the soothing sound of waves and a charmingly cozy room—pure tranquility. It was an unforgettable experience🙂
