Overview
Casa Vacanze Elianto was built in the 1950s on order of Farouk of Egypt. The property is located on the Lazio Coast, 3 km from Anzio Train Station, with links to Rome. It offers rooms and self-catering apartments, some with views of the sea. This impressive building of 4 floors was completely refurbished in year 2000. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas, and free parking can be reserved. The accommodation includes traditional furniture, air conditioning, and tiled floors. The apartments are complete with kitchenette. The Elianto Casa Vacanze is near tennis, five-a-side football courts, and swimming pools. Restaurants and shops are also available in the area.

Apartment with a beautiful terrace view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Compact but well-equipped with essentials like dishes, stove, fridge and microwave. Great value for the price!

Absolute scam, I asked them one day prior if another person could leave with us as we had one room extra. They said its ok. The next day, when the person is about to arrive, they start to ask for money. I even said ok, but the amount was a lot. In between their one male staff came , started shouting. He was so bad, so rude, i said i would call the police. The room floor is in a mess, and the kitchen does not work properly.

Really nice accommodation, right in front of the beach. The staff is very friendly and nice Just don’t expect much from the breakfast. But I would definitely recommend this place.

“Great hotel, nice location, friendly staff”
Nice place, unusual architecture or the hotel make it interesting. Room was nice and clean, great view of the beach and easy access down via the lift to the beach.

Parking was OK and free.Bathroom was Ok and new.WC was OK and new.

Arriving on a Sun meant no buses were available 4o transfer from train in Anzio. Also we arrive at Fumicacio? Airport and made a grave mistake, we didn't buy a new sim-card from the airport. We took the exit to railway prior to the main concourse. So missed out on all the opportunities to pick up a sim-card.

The breakfast was generous and good quality. We enjoyed it on the terrace overlooking the sea, an ideal spot to have it.

It was unfortunately very disappointing. Nice location on the beach, and a beautiful view to the sea. However, I was plagued by mosquitoes, and received numerous bites every night. I had an apartment where all the rooms faced the sea, it was nice, but all the rooms were small and cramped. The apartment is worn and very old-fashioned, it had no balcony, no internet, the mattress was thin and hard, and the kitchen equipment was very inadequate and old. The staff were very nice, but this is a place that has run out of time and it was much more expensive than much better hotels in the center of Anzio that I moved to. The area is a wasteland with a lack of restaurants and shops. It is relatively far to walk to the center of Ansio. I'm sorry to write such a bad review, but I owe it to other travelers.

“Beautiful view, small apartment, nice beach, marvellous Sunset”
There was discrepancy between information and reality. There was no coordination between the staff members that resulted in long waiting for the room. Over all behaviour of the staff not very professional. Apartment is very small. The position is excellent in respect of the sea.
