Lovely pool; tea and kettle in the room; quiet and effective aircon. Honesty system for drinks from the fridge and good breakfast. We were grateful for the opportunity to park our self-drive tuktuk on the driveway secured behind their gate.

Staff made me feel very welcome (made me a tea and let me use the pool and shower after a hot day of cycling round even after checkout), bed was comfortable and room had everything I needed.

Wow, this is the place to stay in Anuradhapura! Super clean, big comfy bed with mosquito net and 5 (!) sockets (under the desk), excellent breakfast, very clean pool — small, but big enough to make some laps or cool down in. Nice outdoor area to chill. The host and her family were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with whatever you wanted to know and giving those extra tips where and how to go around, not only in Anuradhapura, but elsewhere in Sri Lanka as well. They also speak good English. If I ever go to Anuradhapura, I will definitely stay here again. It's located a small ride — about 6 minutes — from city center, in a quiet area. “As I said lesson learned. Never again”

Welcome was very cold. When reserving the room it was stated in booking.com that free breakfast will be served. But the owner said no breakfast included. Never again. Couldn't contact the property in the beginning.

Nice and quiet neighborhood but only 350 rupees tuk tuk into town. Pool is amazing to have to cool off and the little garden is colourful and smells amazing. Owners have good advice on local trips and can arrange a friendly driver.

The owner Mr Aravinda , his wife, and their little daughter are very friendly and helpful. Calm and quiet place. The pool is small but good. Room is comfortable . AC is working. The home made breakfast is good. I recommend this place for everyone. For my next visit to Anuradhapura I'll definitely choose this place and wish to stay more longer.

Cleanliness and thoughtfulness of the Host.

Great home stay with lovely hosting family. The breakfast and dinner if ordered are local foods and amazing. The pool is an added bonus on a hot day.

A lovely homestay out of the hustle and bustle of the main town. Clean accommodation, comfy beds, hot water, good wifi, delicious breakfast. The pool made this a stand out. So good to come back after a hot day exploring ancient ruins, and cool down in the pool in evening. The owners are lovely and very happy to help with anything.
