“Important consideration when booking”

Initially, when booking, it was mentioned the entire villa but at the arrival time it was seperate villas at ground and upper levels and common plunge pool is right in front of your sliding doors infront of the bed and There is no privacy at all in the ground floor. It might be good for a family or group of people but not for a couple who need privacy. It is important to get a confirmation on the floor level for a couple prior to booking.

Raja was amazing and treated us like family whilst we stayed and his food was wonderful. Watching the peacocks was an amazing experience. The swimming pool is a great feature A few things that would have enhanced our stay 1) mosquito nets 2) more detailed information on booking.com about the set up of the accommodation I.e. it’s a stand alone villa in a fairly remote location but that you will be very well taken care off 🙂

I had the most incredible stay at The Villa Lakeshore during my 40th birthday, and I can't recommend this place enough! The location is stunning, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. A special shoutout to Savidya, who went above and beyond to make my birthday truly memorable. His attention to detail, kindness, and hospitality made me feel right at home. The staff overall was wonderful, but Savidya's efforts were exceptional. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable! I will definitely be back and recommend this gem to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.
