“Value for money”
We stayed in room no 7. Room was spacious enough for couple with large 2 king size beds. The host lady was very helpful. She went extra mile to cater our requirements during the stay. Overall it's totally value for money we paid. Definitely recommendable

“Quite and good place to stay”
Location: the property is located a bit outskirts of main City, so not much noise pollution and super awesome quiet place. Besides it is located near to Yapane junction, so you can hop on bus and goto trincomalee, jaffna or mannar..

“Excellent, the best variant of you want to visit Anaradhapura”
The room is very nice, clean and comfortable, a lot of space and also very good bathroom. I like everything , the area around is very cosy and in the morning you can hear how the birds are singing , and the location is quite good !
