Very comfortable and great value for money. Spacious room with AC, ceiling fan and hot water. Room and bathroom were very clean and hygienic. Loved the little patio area outside the room. The location was perfect. Quiet side street with the new bus stand and many food options within walking distance. The owner is so sweet and friendly without being overbearing. She organised an interesting tuktuk city tour for a good price.

Sirisara Holiday Resort was a lovely place to stay during our visit to Anuradhapura. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the owner’s kindness. She suggested we visit Ruwanweliseya at night when it’s more peaceful, and in the morning she even prepared kiri pidu for our offering—without charging us. When our train was delayed, she kindly let us return to the resort after check-out and offered us tea free of charge. A truly caring host. Highly recommended!

Everything was so nice. The staff was extremly helpful. We wanted to rent bikecycles, and the staff Got those for us. Breakfast was the best we have had. Highly recommendable.

I stayed at the Sirisara Holiday Resort for 2 nights. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very nice and courteous. They also made me delicious local breakfast in the morning which was the perfect start in the day. I really can recommend the accommodation! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice place, clean (only some usual ants) room, good bathroom, excellent breakfast. Owners arranged a tuktuk city tour for us, was also interesting. Quite some restaurants nearby.

The accomodation was really nice and clean and looked exactly like on the pictures. We felt immediately at home when the owner welcomed us with cold drinks. Outside is a little balkony with seating opportunities and there is also an outside common area with a water kettle. The breakfast was plentifull and tasted amazingly! Most importantly, the owners helped us so much with everything.

When I arrived, the room seemed tidy and I actually enjoyed that it had outside table and chairs. Also, it has AC which was very good. The staff was friendly and brought me a fresh juice. They didn't speak much english, but that is ok. Got a good Sri Lankan breakfast for 1000lkr. Rented a bike for 1000lkr, the gentleman even tried it and checked ir thoroughsly to make sure its was good.

Coming from a no aircondition bb, we loved the rooms with aircondition! Very clean with large beds, soap available (not all places have that) and great location. Close to the new bus station, shops and supermarked, and still very quiet. The breakfast was cheap and delicious with plenty of food. Owner really friendly and even offered to take us to the old bus station upon departure. We would come back any time!

The resort is nestled in sought after area in ever popular Anuradhapura new town, friendly staff and the rooms were very spacious. Food is mouthwatering, they provide upon on request and very reasonable. Health and safety is well placed .I highly recommend Siri Sara for travellers to experience and will visit again. ❤️

Nice and clean room with amazingly helpful staff! It is just a 10min walk to the main road and you can find food on the street right in front of the hostel. A pharmacy is around the corner, too. Even the next bigger store is within a kilometre of reach.
