This place is horrible! I DO NOT recommend this place for anyone. I booked a room for 3 days. To make sure, I called them (3 numbers) prior to my arrival, but they never answered the calls. When I get there, the person at the counter said he cannot give the room for 3 days and he can only give for 1 day. I complain that I called prior to my arrival but they never answered the phone and he did not have any answer for that! We had to find other places just because the inefficient service this place has.

When we arrived at the location, they had already given our rooms to other people. They told us the reason was that we hadn't paid in advance. As a user of the Booking.com app, I never pay in advance for hotels. They scolded us and didn't show any respect to their own customers. I don't recommend a place like this.

No mosquito net, whole night was painful with mosquito bites. Wash basin tap was not working. No proper ventilation. When closed the windows it's fully sealed( non AC room ).

Our experience was extremely disappointing. We had booked through Booking.com, but until we arrived at the place, we were not informed that the price of the rooms would be higher than what was listed on the site. Upon arrival, we discovered that the price had doubled, and we had to pay the increased amount. To make matters worse, the room was very dirty, and the washroom was filthy. This was far below our expectations and we will not be returning.

I didn’t stay there. Went to check in but very dirty place. Unhealthy to stay. So I cancelled the booking. Not recommended to anyone. I had to find a place to stay that night urgently as I canceled the booking in this place. It was very hard.
