Tha staff was extremely friendly (SUDAT!)and took care of all my needs, they booked a tuk-tuk for the the day in the archeological sight and also a car for a transfer/excursion. Contrarily to what everybody thinks the prices are correct and the same you find on PICKME. Rooms are nice and comfortable with balconies on the green I also had dinner there because I was too tired to go outside and it was more than decent.

“A quiet, relaxing option in Anuradhapura”

Tucked away down a quiet street from the hurly burly, noise and traffic of Anuradhapura, London Palace was a great, relaxing accommodation option. My room was great, the breakfast was very nice and my host was charming, eager to help out in any way he could. Recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in the London Palace very much! Soudat, who is a very nice employee at the hotel, welcomed us warmly and was helping us to structure our days in Anuradhapura. He is very friendly and found the best tuktuk driver of the whole town for us! The hotel is clean and cozy. We highly recommend a stay in this beautiful hotel! We left a piece of our heart there!

We stayed briefly for a night. The rooms have all the facilities except for tea/ coffee making facilities. Very good price for the money. Staff were nice and friendly. Sri Lankan breakfast was really nice with the right flavors and generous portions.

Very nice rooms, spacious and spotless. The bathroom was big and great, with a shower cabin. The area around the home stay was calm och nice. Our room had an enjoyable balcony which fronted a nice green garden. The boy Malik helped us to arrange tuk tuk and a guide to the ancient city and to Mihintale.
