“Quiet and calm place in city center”

Good location at the city center,but in a park area so very very quiet at night. Nice views of the lush garden and trees. Staff were so helpful and nice to our daughter. Dinner was really yummy!

A great place to stay so peaceful..and a lovely setting Great coffee and a wonderful Breakfast . We have been in Sri Lanka nearly 3 weeks .This place would be my favorite. What a lovely setting and a really comfortable place to stay. We were so well looked after by Janith and the other staff. What lovely people, so kind and thoughtful. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend Little Paradise.

This is a little gem of a place, a few rooms facing a garden in a very quiet residential area. The rooms are lovely, the bed very comfortable. The staff are helpful and charming, serving breakfast and dinner on request, and arranging transport when needed. A lovely stay!

The stay was made for us by the atmosphere of this small (7 rooms), exceptionally friendly, cosy and caring hotel. The staff go beyond to make sure that guests are comfortable and feel cared for - also with good humour. Trips were easily arranged at a reasonable price. The sound of willow engaging will ball (for the cricketers) can be enjoyed as locals play on the green opposite. Very good breakfast and traditional dinner offered. Again all at a very reasonable price. Many people travelled by Tuk Tuk to eat in the evening. Would highly recommend and stay again.🙏

We had a great stay. Only two nights. Our host sorted two superb tuk tuk tours. (I would recommend if on a short visit). The accommodation was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. We also ate there. Excellent food!

We had a great stay in Little Paradise. The hardworking manager was really admirable. He was constantly busy with keeping all the guests happy and helping everyone around. Dinner was good and the rooms were comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Anuradhapura!

Everything was perfect! Gianni has been a great host, funny and very knowledgeable. Rooms are clean, close to all amenities, but in a quiet area so you don’t have noise in the morning. Highly recommended!

Good location, comfortable and clean room, friendly and accommodating staff, good food and excellent value for money. It also had lovely garden in peaceful location away from the city noise. A special mention to the manager who tirelessly runs about tending the visitors needs.

“A good base for our visit to the Ancient City”

The room was spacious and the location was excellent - a short walk to the city centre. The shower was powerful as well as good and hot. There was an excellent balcony, but it was difficult to sit out because there were so many mosquitoes around the property. It was good to have a mosquito net over the bed but plug in repellents would have been useful. These have often been supplied at the guest houses we’ve stayed at during our five weeks in Sri Lanka.

It is a smaller property with fewer rooms than hotel chains and therefore had a more personal touch. The staff were so kind and helpful and the food was great.

Little Paradise is a little green, lush oasis. Shady and cool with a lovely, small and well tended garden. Delicious breakfast and dinner. They organised all our excursions - all so efficient. The owner and staff so kind and helpful. So glad we found this family run hotel

Lovely family run guest house, small and cosy. Staff were fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful. The food was also amazing and people who weren’t staying there, came to eat there. We got lots of good advice about things to do in the area.

“Decent small lodging in a quiet spot”

Lovely quiet location on a green where the local lads play cricket every evening. Food was okay and they have beer. The manager Janny works very hard and allowed me to swap rooms to upstairs with a balcony. The beds have mosquito nets.
