Small problem in the beds and there is low cocreate slab above the bed as a another upper bed and the person staying down bed is very dangerous to get up and sometimes not all the time it will effect when getting up in the down bedvery very dangerous i think if someone like me six footer will wake without knowledge will hit that slab will die. Please look in to that its very dangerous .

Very friendly and helpful staff with diner made with help of flashlights during citywide power-breakdown as a perfect example.

The owner and employees were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room had everything we could have asked for including mini bar, digital tv with over 100 channels and an amazing breakfast. Would definitely come back again

“Great stay”

We stayed at Kutumbaya as a group of 6 girls in our 20s as the first stop of our backpacking trip in Sri Lanka. The hotel was very good value for money with very clean rooms and bathrooms and all of the staff were friendly and attentive. We only stayed one night as we had other plans but would have happily stayed longer! The food was also great and large portion sizes of curry and rice.

Gamini the manager was fantastic, arranging tours and making sure our stay was pleasant. Kuma our guide was excellent, knowledgeable, and took us to a few places off the usual circuit. Our room overlooked the pool, was comfortable, had plenty of hot water, Aircon and a fridge. There was a good choice for breakfast, and good restaurants in the area. The best but is the pool, much needed in 40°c.

Clean comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. Having a nice pantry area in the room with a sink and tea/coffee making facilities. There are some snacks for a price if anyone wants a bite. Staff was ready to help. Have some nice restaurants close by.

The location was fantastic and the room is well organized. The restaurant is good as well. Had a minibar packed with snacks. Located at the city center and with quick access to almost every place.

Properly was located in a very convenient place. Rooms and the toilet were well maintained. Especially property manager Mr.Gamini was super helpful and nice .

“Great place to stay in Anuradhapura!”

Good location, close to the new and old city center, clean room, lovely pool area and a very welcoming host that helps with everything you need. I absolutely recommend booking a full day Wilpattu safari with them and make sure to ask for Mirando (naturalist guide). He will show you so much wildlife that you would not have noticed with only a driver in the National Park. Would stay here again!

Really nice pool, good beds (but without moscito net or curtain). Could rent a bicycle for the temples, really nice.
