The room was clean and the bathroom looked clean and had hotwater. The beds were well made and comfy. No bugs or mosquitoes. The cinnamon scent was pleasant.

We stayed in the apartment on the 1st floor which was roomy with a kitchen area and living area. There was balcony view into the pool area. WiFi working, I think. We stayed two nights.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The pool was clean and relaxing, a perfect place to unwind. The manager was especially kind and made sure everything was just right throughout our visit. Their attention to detail really made us feel welcome. . Our kids enjoyed the stay to the fullest.We will definitely be returning.

“Very disappointing stay – poor hygiene and unprofessional service”

I was not happy with my stay at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor. The swimming pool water was not clear and looked unmaintained. There were no complimentary items such as a heater, sugar, or coffee packs — we had to remind the staff for everything. The washroom was not properly cleaned, and the side pillows on the bed had food marks from previous guests. Towels were reused and had visible facial cream stains, which was completely unacceptable and unhygienic. If you are planning to stay with your family, I strongly recommend not choosing this hotel. I would also like to advise the hotel management to get proper professional training before running this business. Cleanliness and hospitality standards need serious improvement.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. we felt genuinely welcomed by the kind and welcoming staff. The resort was cozy, and comfortable for unwinding after a day of exploring. The pool was beautifully maintained and quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax. Breakfast was outstanding,delicious and full of variety. What stood out the most was the welcoming mood. We definitely will go back there next we are in Sri Lanka and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The accommodation were clean, comfortable and ideal for a relaxing getaway. We loved the well maintained pool after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights was the breakfast,absolutely amazing! There was a great balance of fun and relaxation and the resort offered plenty of opportunities to spend quality time together while also having space to unwind. Before booking, we came across few negative reviews that gave us some hesitation, but we are so glad we trusted our instincts and gave this place a chance. Our experience couldn’t have been more different. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations and we honestly can’t understand the complaints. What truly made our stay special was the warm and friendly environment- it felt like a home away from home. We are already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend for everyone looking for a memorable and stres-free vacation.

Very bad service. We booked 2 rooms. The cleanliness is the worst. It smells so bad. Dust is everywhere. The bathrooms and the pool was cleaned after we asked. But the surrounding environment is dirty

The rooms need to be refurbished. The hotel is next to a busy road, not suitable to sit outside. People walk in front of the room so had to pull the thick curtains, making us sit in a dark room.
