Fairy tale property in the heart of nature. Just three exquisitely beautiful tree houses floating in a canopy of trees. Being shown the room on arrival a serene experience. The whole property exudes serenity. (Fourth under construction…) Wonderfully attentive staff. A beautifully designed base from which to explore the ancient city of Anuradhapura. 🪷🕉️🙏🏻

The staff, particularly Sampath was wonderful. We were warmly welcomed and treated with great care. They made our stay a memorable experience. Thank you to Sampath and the rest of the crew. Rooms were clean & comfortable and the food was very good. Beautiful haven in the midst of the Anuradhapura city choas.

“Perfect hotel for our first nights in Sri Lanka”

We had a wonderful stay at this small and unique hotel in Sri Lanka, with only three beautiful treehouses that made the experience feel very special and peaceful. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Surrounded by nature, the location in the forest is simply stunning. The team also organized a great tour and our transfer to the next hotel, which made everything easy and stress-free. We stayed for three nights and were very happy—highly recommended!

The tree house cabinas are charming, comfortable and clean. Swimming pool is lovely and surrounding natural forest was a pleasure. The staff are delightful and always keen to please.

We loved our stay at Kaala, the staff were brilliant and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food was excellent, the tree house was beautiful and the jungle setting is peaceful and secluded. The team organised transport for visiting the sites so if was easy to get around. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

The treehouse is amazing, very comfortable and spacious. The people are very friendly and really taking good care of you. The furniture is beautiful too! Pool is amazing. If you’re looking to have a calm stay a little outside of Anaradhapura we could definitely recommend this resort!

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They made sure we had the best possible experience. The resort is gorgeous and it’s located in a beautiful area, where your only neighbors are the animals and trees. If you’re looking for an accessible, comfortable “treehouse experience”, this is it! Also the cook is really great, make sure to try the Sri Lankan breakfast. Pool was clean and combined with some lion lagers make for a great moment of relaxation after a busy day in Anuradhapura.
