The service was very friendly, outstanding, and ever willing to facilitate our needs, every member of staff was absolutely outstanding, non more so than the ever willing Sahil. The swimming pool is big and very clean, as are the gardens. Loved watching the butterflies, birds and monkeys from our very, very large balcony.

We booked 2 family rooms and one triple room for 11 adults and spent one night there. The location was really relaxing and nice. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist and served us a really good welcome drink. Wifi connection was good but needed to get new user names and passwords for wifi access after completing the usage of 1GB in each phone. I think if they can increase the data limit, it will be easier to all guests and as well as to the hotel staff too. We extended the check out time untill 1:30 p.m. with paying a very small amount. I can recommend this hotel to everyone. Good Luck Citadel 👍

Staff were very friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the start. The welcome drink and afternoon tea were absolutely delicious. Rooms are large, air-conditioned, and spotless. Overall, a great experience and very nice people to deal with.
