The Hospitality of the owner was excellent. He is very friendly and helpful. Room was in good condition fully worth for the money spent.

Everything, host was fantastic,it was clean, comfortable, friendly and relaxing. Definitely stay there again, as coming back in September. And coffee in the morning 😋 100% recommendation.

I hate giving bad reviews unless it's truly unacceptable. Since arriving in Sri Lanka, this is the first time I've encountered a host I can't respect. Here's why:  1. The description was inaccurate. The room price was indeed quite cheap, but upon arrival, the cheap room was like a dungeon without windows. There was no hot water in the shower.   2. The host was adept at exploiting loopholes. When you asked him why there was no hot water in the shower, he readily admitted that the room we booked didn't have hot water and even tried to open booking.com as proof. However, the pictures of the bathroom in his listing showed a water heater, while the actual room picture didn't show a bathroom.   3. The host didn't care about guests at all. We wanted to change hotels, but we were too tired, so we asked the host to change to a room with hot water shower. The host readily said we needed to pay extra, and immediately. I felt cheated, I haven't even seen the room. The room we changed to was 109, with moldy walls and a musty smell. The bathroom and floor were also dirty. I did a simple cleaning myself, and it was usable for one night.  However, I barely slept that night. A group of animals howled for most of the night, and I couldn't tell if it was the fan in the next room or the exhaust pipe, but it was incredibly loud and went on all night. I texted the host, who only replied with "O".  Of course, if you ask the host for toilet paper or have him provide a towel for everyone, he is very proactive, seemingly very helpful. Before choosing this hotel, I saw many very helpful negative reviews, but I trusted the positive ones, most only mentioned a "friendly host"

Small bed, old door with no curtains, and an unclean bathroom. Owner’s behavior was unpleasant when we canceled. Not recommended especially for couples .(It double  room)

The place is quiet, clean, close to the city center, good value for money, with a friendly owner. What what more could you ask for?

It is very easy to have the various important places in Anuradhapura by using buses or tuktuk from the location and train is also available with in a few distances. A lot of famous Buddhist temples are there to visit.

Good Place

The guest house is good, and the owner is friendly. However, it is about 5 km from the Ruwanwelisaya Temple by tuk-tuk. PickMe tuk-tuk charges are relatively expensive, but the guest house rates are affordable. I booked a room without AC, but there were no mosquitoes either.

Disappointed, the place, around garden was not clean, everywhere empty water bottles. Bad smell inside the house and even inside the room. It seems owner does not care much about guest and don't understand this feeling. I was very disappointed and never go to this guest house again. This is very honest review.
