“Really nice stay”
Very nice stay ! The location is perfect, close to restaurants and shops. Easy to get a tuktuk to go elsewhere. The owner and his family are very helpful and friendly. The owner organised à safari day for us, it was very convenient for us. The room is comfy and clean. I highly recomend if you want an authentic experience !

We've only stayed for 2 nights there but we already miss it. The hosts are the more welcoming you can find, and the breakfast is just amazing. We really felt home :)

“Very good value for money”
Very clean and cosy. Access to a fan and air conditioning which is needed. Very close to restaurants and shops. Room had a mosquito net which was so helpful. Quite neighbourhood. The family were very lovely and helpful, able to organise a safari full day tour for us.

Superb host! Planned our stay to the last detail, rented us bikes, took us to Mihintale by car. Has 2 wonderful daughters and very nice wife - small one is little dragon, older one very helpful. Room with balcony very convenient ( with both AC and fan).

“My stay there made it very easy to get to all the tourist spots in Anuradhapura.”
This is the second time Ambel Homestay. We would choose it again for our Anuradhapura trip. It is very clean, very close to the city but quiet location, very good facilities for the money we spend, and very quick access to all the important places in Anuradhapura city. Also, the owner and all his family members are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this.
