there was no breakfast, lunch and dinner given to us as per the booking it was included in the package.

No cleanliness is there , there are numerous cockroach poping out of the washroom doors also television was not working Also the soap , towel , waterbottle was not there when I entered The bedsheets and pillow cases were having stains and also hair of someone was present there. When we told the staff about cockroach They just seemed unheard Also the female receptionist there is quite rude and annoying

The hotel looks grand from outside and has a vast open space.
