“In summary, there’s little to say. Dirty, unsafe, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money.”
The entire apartment was extremely dirty: the kitchen, floors, sink, balcony, beds, blankets, and pillows — basically everything. The apartment was also very unsafe. The balcony railing was broken and dangerous if leaned on. Most of the doors were damaged, difficult to open or close, and one bathroom door could trap you inside if locked. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, as hard as rocks, and one bed did not even have a proper mattress, making it feel like sleeping directly on a metal frame. I ended up with severe neck pain for the rest of the holiday. The check-in policy was terrible and completely inflexible. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 9:30 PM, but despite explaining the situation, they refused to help us and we were forced to book another hotel for the night. The next day, when we finally collected the keys, they told us they were “doing us a favour,” despite the fact that we had already paid 800 euros for the accommodation. The worst incidents were related to safety: while one of us was taking a shower, the glass shower wall suddenly fell onto her head. Luckily she managed to stop it before getting seriously injured. Another person ended up trapped inside the sofa bed after it suddenly closed during the night while he was sleeping.

The apartment is very clean. The location is very nice. The kitchen is big clean and nett The bed is very bad and the bed covers are dirty. The toilet is very clean and nett, but as a very bad smelling adour, the heating systems are not working properly, so the apartment is cold, regarding the heating, we reported to the cleaning staff, she made a call but no one came to check it.

“Dont believe the pictures !! Fire and safety risk there !!”
The pictures on booking.com looked amazing, this is NOT what you will get if you stay there, see the pictures below. It’s a fire hazzard and will be reporting this property, we had a high floor and no means of escape if a fire incident occured, as they removed ALL the door handles, inside and out. The fire escape ladder was not able to to accessed, you will see this on the pictures with the escape ladder shown behind the doors that had the handles removed.
