“Nice hotel”
Huge underground car park, reasonably priced with loads of free spaces. Nice room, with air con and comfortable bed. The hotel is outside the city centre, but a 2-3 minute walk takes you to Berchem station and it is one stop to the central station, €5.20 return fare pretty reasonable. Very nice breakfast, other than 2 of the 3 coffee machines not working so a bit of a queue for the one that was working.

“Terrible”
No clear signs/instructions for parking place. Could not find the entrancr and lost in the car park. Paid the accomodation in cash but double charged after 5 days from my credit card. Need to spend extra efforts/time to receive refund.

Very convenient location, just next to the train station. The room was very clean and the breakfast with great variety. All personel was polite and helpful. Finally the parking space was one of the best I have ever seen.

“Great stay, as always!”
It is my go-to location for work trips. I like everything about it: the staff, the room, the breakfast, gym, everything combined is a great value for money. It is super conveniently located close to Berchem station, making access from and to the airport or city center very easy.

“Very convenient for ring road.”
Hotel is convenient for access from and to the Antwerp Ring Road. Breakfast is good and staff were very friendly. Room was good size and bed comfortable. Reason for the reduced score is the parking (charged at euro 20/day). It is very poorly signposted within the huge car park where to park and where to find the hotel entrance. More signs needed. Also, even though we have our number plate to reception, I assume due to the fact we had a British number plate it didn’t recognise our number on exit and we needed assistance. It did get sorted but was unnecessary complication.

“Great hotel”
The location is perfect next to Antwerp Berchem train station and only one stop to Antwerp Central. The food is always tasty and the staff are friendly.
