This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was in absolutely terrible condition: dirty, bad smell, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. It was impossible to stay there, so I refused the room immediately. The worst part is the customer service. Support promised me a refund, but until today I still haven’t received my money back. Enough time has already passed, and for the last several days they have simply stopped replying to my messages. Complete disappointment. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want to lose your money, your nerves, and your mood.

The manager refused to accomodate me. Forced me to cancel to get free "refund" which i have not recieved yet. Basically a scam.

“Great, convenient stay in Antwerp city center”
Great location in Antwerp city center. If you come by car there is a parking lot (for a fee) which is just around the corner. Very useful if you are doing a road-trip. The apartment is nice and spacey and has all that you need.

“Apartments not suitable for younger children under 5”
Clean tidy, it is a lovely place for couples or friends not family with young children under 5.. Also would recommend putting ladies items like pads and tampons as a courtesy just in case accidents happen unexpectedly.
