“Great place in the center”

We like everything there. The room was in good size with a small kitchen fully equipped. We didn't cook during our stay, but we did heat some takeaway food. There is no special view, but it's really in the centre. 5 mins walk to Antwerpen centraal station. Only 3 mins walk you will find everything you need, start from the bar, restaurants , supermarket and shops , and plenty of Diamonds shops around. And walkable distance to see around. We love the place, we had a great stay, with great value for money . If in the future we go to antwerp again, we we would like to stay in Premier Suites again. If you like Thai food, just beside the hotel, inside the Empire shopping centre there is one thai restaurant, it was delicious. 😍 The Asian looking guy in the reception was so nice. He helped a lot and responded to everything nicely.

Very nice staff,they stored our bags after checking out and we picked them later. Good breakfast also 😋

Great location, perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, although they didn't always seem that way at first. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Perfect location near the railway station. Spacious apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. All necessities in the bathroom. Kind staff. Reception open 24/7. Nice common area; coffee, tea, and infused water available. Good Wi-Fi connection. Good value for money.

Breakfast was great. Saw a few poor reviews of breakfast, hotel must have upped its game since then as it was quite unrecognisable. Cooked options were limited to scrambled eggs, diced bacon, and sausages, but was happy for any option given the price. Coffee in rooms and at breakfast was good.

“Terrible experience”

Terrible, I travel for work and I need hotel receipts to justify the expenses but in this hotel they did not give me the receipt for the stay causing me big problems. The night before leaving I asked for the receipt but at the reception they could not do it and they wrote down my email telling me that they would send it to me by email. The next day I did not receive anything by email and trying to call them they always put me on hold, on WhatsApp they do not respond and they do not even respond to emails. They are terrible. Before now I have never had problems in more than 20 years that I have been traveling the world to get the receipt of the stay but here they are terrible and do not respond to the phone, WhatsApp, email

Terrible expirience

“I recommend it, everything is good”

Everything was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. We stayed in room 301, at the very end of the corridor, so it was quiet and we did not experience extra noise, even though the hotel was fully booked during the holidays. We really liked the terrace on the 7th floor, where you could enjoy free tea and coffee. Check-out was at 11:00, but it was possible to leave our luggage at the reception and collect it later. The location is excellent, especially if you are travelling by train. The hotel is very close to the station, and nearby there is a street with many cafés and restaurants to choose from, as well as an Albert Heijn supermarket. In the room, there was tea, coffee, creamer, sugar and three small bottles of water in the fridge. The reception told us that the tap water was safe to drink, although for us it had quite an unusual taste. We liked Antwerp very much. In some areas of the city, including near the hotel, there was sometimes a sewage smell, but this may have been because the weather was very hot for several days. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for its location, cleanliness and friendly staff.

We were given wrong room size when paid for the executive. Family room. They gave us studio, saying that the room was not available.

The location is perfect. Near the central station, metro and tram nearby. 10 minute walk and you are in the shopping street. The room is spacious and the facilities are comfortable and nice

The staff was very nice and attentive. The access to washing machines for our clothes was great! The tea bar was also very nice with the heat spike. It's a good tv and a well equiped kitchen. And a comfortable bed.
