It was great value for money having two big bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. Location was very walkable to everything and a tram went outside to town. Stefan was very helpful with recommendations and advising how to check in.

Excellent location, tram stop literally 50 metres from the door. The staff were great, Stefan the owner was in contact via WhatsApp to suggest some stuff to do and restaurants and attractions to visit although we already had plans. He also made a point of coming to have a chat with us before we made our way out for the day. It’s a quirky little place, actually located within a little cafe that you are given the keys to. The decor is really nice and clean, and the 2 separate rooms we had both came with fans, spare bedding and a nice big clean shower and toilet. The fridge and tea/coffee facilities were also located in the cafe rather than the rooms which was fine for us. Nice little garden at the back of the cafe too for anyone wanting to use it.

The place has a strong personal touch with a rustic feel and lovely decorations, making it super cosy and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious. The host was super helpful providing lots of tips. We enjoyed the fresh and tasty breakfast very much, including a really good cup of coffee.

Such a lovely vibe, almost like a B&B. Food was tasty. Felt very homely.

“Upstairs of a bakery”

Excellent location. Quaint, charming house full of character. Beautiful garden for our private use in the evening. Host very friendly and informative. Very tasty (yet expensive) breakfast.

Beautifull rooms and most sympathic owner on earth. ….and the breakfast is really great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, lovely wooden floor, and the personal touch everywhere. Stefan, the host, has so much to share on what to see and where to eat in Antwerp - we felt sorry we had no time to check all the things on the list. And the breakfast portions he cooked for us were also very generous!

Great location - walking distance to the centre, or by tram or hire bike (latter both right outside the property). Stefan was very helpful and friendly. Nice large rooms, and a good shower.

We stayed at upper apartment, and yes there are quite some stairs one must climb...but you will be regarded for that hard yakka. We felt, that there is so much love for details, down to the very last piece of furniture or interior design wonders. Very spacious and bright, you have the feeling that light invades your stay to welcome you even more. The rooms( yes, two separate rooms able to accommodate up to 5 ppl) seems to be nothing short of amazing, where nothing is left to random, but there is purpose in everything. The huge bathroom, equipt with a modern shower cabine, makes no exception to rest of the apartment.Wood and much light again. There are original long wooden floor panels throughput the entire flat..We loved everything about this stay. But all of the above wouldn't mean much without Stefan's kindness. He is the perfect host, genuine down to last molecule of his being, gentle and...again, kind. If he can, he will help you with whatever you need. The wonderful café downstairs reflects once again( in my view at least) the extensive work and passion that goes through entire house. P.S. Check the guest toilet on the first floor
